Our Team Consists of:
Programme Managers capable of managing multiple projects at a high level. Comfortable in handling pressure and dealing with clients and customers from director level to shop floor staff.
Project Managers who have successfully turned around failing projects into ones that meet their targets, both financial and key dates. These people will work out of customers premises, our office or remotely.
Delivery Managers covering the UK and Ireland who are capable of customer facing meetings, site survey's, Quality checks, H&S checks, Customers and Supplier meetings, site management and all supporting documentation.
Cad design team who are using the latest software, who can if required amend existing CAD drawings or carry out a site visit and create a new CAD drawing from new. Some are skilled in 3D Modelling for the more in depth presentations to clients and customers.
UK based IT deployment team, consisting of engineers and team leads, all with un-marked vehicles.
Communications, administration, procurment and Resurce scheduling team, this team can take away the strain of customer communication for your deployment and projects, can supply reports and constant updates throught the life cycle of the project.
Escalation Team responsible for managing any issues reported from site, liaison with customer if required and handing over any unresolved issues to daytime support. Reports can and normally are produced detailing issues and resolutions along with trends for clients to review
