Our Management Team:
Andy Elder, Managing Director
Founder in September 2009. Director of two other companies. Andy has over 20 years experience in IT, Retail and Project/Programme Management with companies such as Debenhams, Tesco, NCR, Lex Transfleet and Pearl Insurance. Andy still looks to provide strategic management consultancy to 121Retail customers and is focused on supporting and strengthening the team.
Kris, Resource Manager - PAT Tester.
Kris is responsible for the running of the office and administration staff, managing the resource and workload and client reporting. Kris is also a fully qualified PAT tester and manages these contracts we have in place for local businesses.
